Hi, my name is Tye Pecha, and I’m the Intake Coordinator here at Bettering Me Counseling Services LLC (BMCS). In my role, I provide administrative support and serve as one of the first points of contact for individuals beginning their journey toward healing.

I bring over five years of experience in the nonprofit sector, where I connected clients, community partners, and internal teams with vital resources and support. Through that work, I developed a deep passion for helping others access the care they need in a compassionate and transparent way.

I understand that reaching out for help can feel overwhelming, and that the first conversation often sets the tone for the entire experience. My goal is to make the intake process as smooth, welcoming, and straightforward as possible—ensuring that every person feels seen, heard, and supported from the very start.
